1. Special Attention 　　1.1 WuxiJiaKang Packaging Materials Co.Ltd. and its website agree to provide relevant services (hereinafter referred to as “Network Services”) based on the internet in accordance with the agreement’s regulation and the operating rules irregularly promulgated, and the service user (hereinafter referred to as “User”) shall consent to the agreement’s all clauses and complete all registration programs according to the notice on the page for acquiring the network service. The User clicks the “Agree” button during registration, which means that the User fully accepts all clauses hereunder. 　　1.2 Service Content 　　The detailed content for Network Services of Wuxi Jia Kang Package CO.,Ltd is provided by Wuxi Jia Kang Package CO.,Ltd subject to the true condition. Wuxi Jia Kang Package CO.,Ltd has rights to change and modify, and cancel or terminate part or the whole Network Services at any time. 　　2. Use Rules 　　2.1 The User must supply the correct personal information to Wuxi Jia Kang Package CO.,Ltd and must keep connection with Wuxi Jia Kang Package CO.,Ltd without delay provided such information has any changes and variations when he/she applies to using the Network Services of Wuxi Jia Kang Package CO.,Ltd. 　　2.2 Wuxi Jia Kang Package CO.,Ltd shall grant the User with relevant authority within the first working day after the User successfully registers; the User shall bear law responsibility for all activities and events under the Users’ account. 2.3 The registered User has right to browse the page of “Technical Note”, which includes the product’s relevant technical documents of Wuxi Jia Kang Package CO.,Ltd such as the feature introduction, survey report, standard information, technical point. Such authority is terminable and the expired shall be cancelled. The User is required to re-register or connect the Department of Customer Service for delay if he/she wants to re-acquire such authority. 　　3. Content Ownership 　　3.1 The Network Services supplied by Wuxi Jia Kang Package CO.,Ltd may include the character, software, sound, photo, video, chart, etc. All the above contents are protected under the copyright, trademark, and other property ownership laws. 　　3.2 The User can use the above content only after being authorized by Wuxi Jia Kang Package CO.,Ltd or other relevant obliges, and he/she is not allowed to randomly copy and reproduce these contents, or create derived products related to these contents. 　　4. Privacy Protection 　　4.1 Protection of the user’s privacy is one basic policy of Wuxi Jia Kang Package CO.,Ltd. We guarantees that he shall not publicize or supply the third party the User’s registration information and his/her private content stored at Wuxi Jia Kang Package CO.,Ltd when he/she uses Network Services, except for the following conditions: 　　(a) Acquirement of the User’s definite authorization in advance； 　　(b) In accordance with requirements of relevant laws and rules； 　　(c) In accordance with requirements of government administrative department； 　　(d) For maintaining the public’s interests； 　　(e) For maintaining the legal rights and interests of Wuxi Jia Kang Package CO.,Ltd. 　　4.2 Wuxi Jia Kang Package CO.,Ltd is likely to cooperate with the third party for supplying the User the relevant network services, and under such condition, if the third party agrees to take on the responsibility for protecting the User’s privacy, which is equal to that of ours, Wuxi Jia Kang Package CO.,Ltd can provide the User’s registration information to the third party. 　　4.3 On the premise of not disclosing the single User’s private information, Wuxi Jia Kang Package CO.,Ltd has rights to analyze the whole User database and use it commercially. 　　5. Impunity Statement 　　5.1 The User shall himself/herself bear all sequences for not operating as required if Wuxi Jia Kang Package CO.,Ltd has clearly announced the modification on supply of its network service and has reminded the User of the notice. 　　5.2 The User definitely agrees to bear all the existing risks and all sequences when he/she uses Network Services provided by Wuxi Jia Kang Package CO.,Ltd while Wuxi Jia Kang Package CO.,Ltd takes on no responsibility to the User. 　　 　　6. Service Variation, Interruption, or Termination 　　6.1 If temporary stop of network service is needed for system maintenance or upgrading, Wuxi Jia Kang Package CO.,Ltd shall make announcement as prior as possible. 　　6.2 Wuxi Jia Kang Package CO.,Ltd has rights to interrupt or terminate Network Services hereunder at any time without informing the User provided there is the occurrence of any of the following conditions: 　　(a) Personal information the User provided is not true； 　　(b) The User violates the use rule regulated in this agreement. 　　6.3 Except for conditions in previous clauses, Wuxi Jia Kang Package CO.,Ltd simultaneously holds rights to interrupt or terminate Network Services hereunder at any time without informing the User in advance, and is not necessary to bear any responsibility to the User or any third party for any loss caused by interruption or termination of all services. 　　7. Compensation for Breach 　　7.1 The User agrees to guarantee and maintain the interest of Wuxi Jia Kang Package CO.,Ltd and other Users and agrees to bear the responsibility for damage compensation to Wuxi Jia Kang Package CO.,Ltd and any other third party for he/she violates relevant laws and rules or any clause hereunder. 　　8. Agreement amendment 　　8.1 Wuxi Jia Kang Package CO.,Ltd is likely to amend relevant clause in agreement at any time, and once there is any change in clause content, Wuxi Jia Kang Package CO.,Ltd shall notice the amended content on the relevant pages. 　　8.2 The User has right to halt using Network Service provided he/she doesn’t agree with amendment made by Wuxi Jia Kang Package CO.,Ltd. If the User continues using Network Service, it is regarded that he/she accepts the amendment of service clauses. 　　9. Law Jurisdiction 　　9.1 The conclusion, execution, and interpretation of this agreement as well as settlement of dispute are applicable to Chinese laws. 　　9.2 Both parties shall consult and solve the dispute as friendly as possible for the agreement’s content and execution. If the consultation is failed, any party can file suit in the local people's court of Wuxi Jia Kang Package CO.,Ltd. 　　10. Notice and Service 　　10.1 All notices hereunder can be sent by important page bulletin, E-mail or routine mail transmission, and so on; the sending date of such notice is considered as having served to the recipient. 　　11. Other regulations 　　11.1 This agreement is composed of the complete one for appointed items and other relevant events by both parties, which doesn’t grant all parties with other rights except for regulations in this agreement. 　　11.2 If any clause in this agreement is fully or partially invalid or doesn’t have enforcement for any reason, other clauses are still valid and in possession of enforcement. 　　11.3 The title of this agreement is only for the sake of convenience, which shall be neglected when interpreting this agreement.
